Thrillville Edge Review

I just bought the January edition of Edge magazine, and to my delight they had reviewed Thrillville (the previous game I was working on at Frontier Developments). Even better, they gave it 7 out of 10! That may not sound amazing, but Edge don't give out points lightly. I am well chuffed! :)

I just checked out http://www.gamerankings.com/htmlpages2/932986.asp .. and it seems Thrillville recieved an average review score of 72%. Awesome!

My first post since landing in Singapore! Sorry guys! I've just been so.. um.. busy! I'm too lazy to write too much now.. so I'll let the pictures do the talking for now!

Visa Approved! (Nov 7th 2006)

Today is a good day! My singapore working visa has been approved! :) That was so quick. Normally it takes 4 weeks.. but I guess large companies have some kind of fast track system setup?!

I am now organising my flight. My current thought is that I'll fly out on Wednesday 22nd, giving me 5 days to settle in before I have to go to work. I'll see what happens.

Taking the Plunge! (Nov 6th 2006)

My name is Justin. I am a Games Designer who is lucky enough to have been offered a great opportunity to live and work in Singapore!

I thought it was about time to setup a Blog/Journal so people could follow my progress. So.. here it is!

Currently I am pre-occupied with selling all my stuff! Most of it is on eBay! Today I handed over my lovely Peugeot 306 Turbo Diesel to Arthur who's gonna sell it for me! Cheers Arthur!

Yesterday my Mum cooked us Christmas dinner! Having Christmas dinner on November the 4th may sound bizarre, but I sure appreciated it as I will be in Singapore this Christmas and I would have missed out otherwise. Thanks Mum!

Only thing remaining to say is that I hope the Singapore Employment Application goes smoothly, as without that I won't get very far!
